The home features deep overhangs, post and beam construction and floor to ceiling dual pane windows that showcase spectacular mountain views and a gravity defying fireplace. The thoughtful and period specific restoration features Heath and Ann sacks tile, custom walnut paneling and cabinetry, quartz counter tops and custom encaustic backsplashes in the kitchen and powder room. The original entrance-way reflecting pond was discovered during the restoration and returned to its former glory.The modern kitchen, perfect for hosting, has a 10' bar seating area and sliders to the all new pool deck.
